Your peace of mind is a top priority for us at Austin Highway Self Storage and Castle Hills Self Storage. That is why we’ve implemented the latest state-of-the-art technology:
- Alarms on every storage unit restrict access to units, and tell us the exact time of day that every
storage unit is accessed. Your personal passcode (keyed in at the entry gate) alone can disarm your unit
. In the event of an unauthorized entry, an alarm will sound, immediately identifying which unit has been entered.
- Video surveillance digitally records everyone on the property, 24 hours a day.
- Cylinder locks, which have no exposed hasp to be cut by bolt cutters, are given free of charge to all our customers.
- Access is restricted to the site by a computer-controlled gate. Keypads at the elevators also restrict access to upper floors.
